A new favorite 4th of July tradition! This strawberry pretzel salad is surprisingly good, lower in calories, and higher in protein without sacrificing taste or texture. You'll be hooked!
1. Crush pretzels (blend for a finer crust) and combine with melted butter and brown sugar substitute.
2. Spray your oven-safe dish, pour in your base, and pat it down before baking at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
3. Combine your middle layer ingredients, starting with cream cheese, sweetener, and cream of tartar before folding in the cool whip.
4. Once your base layer is cool, add your middle layer ensuring all the edges are sealed and no liquid is able to make its way to your pretzel layer!
5. Slice your strawberries and prep your jello, following package instructions.
6. Layer strawberries then jello.
7. Allow to set in the refrigerator before slicing it up and enjoying!
