Dream Bars

1. Line an 8x8 pan with plastic wrap for easy clean up. 2. Mix all dry base ingredients except for sprinkles and marshmallows (add at the end). 3. Mix wet ingredients (may have to microwave to melt peanut butter a bit). 4. Combine wet with dry (may need to add more almond milk to create dough texture) and fold in marshmallows and sprinkles. 5. Place the mixture in the prepared pan and cool in the fridge to let it set. 6. Make coconut frosting by melting ingredients and mixing, then layer on top of the base. 7. Cool bars again for about 15 minutes. 8. Make ganache by melting and mixing ingredients, then layer on top of the frosting and base. 9. Refrigerate again for 30-60 minutes. 10. Cut into 16 bars and enjoy!
